Payment Guide

1. All prices and charges are in Korean won (KRW).
2. Prices on our website do not include VAT (shown as "VAT별도"). 10% VAT is added to the order amount at checkout.
3. If your card was issued outside Korea, your card issuer converts the KRW amount and may charge its own fees.

Card payment (카드결제)

• Credit and debit cards, paid once through the Toss Payments payment window.
• Cards issued in Korea can be used.
• Some overseas-issued cards may be accepted. If payment fails, please contact support.

YourIT PAY (유어아이티 PAY)

• Pay with a card saved in My Page under 결제 > 카드 관리 (Billing > Card management). A saved card is also used for automatic renewal.
• Only cards issued in Korea can be saved.

Bank transfer (계좌입금)

• Transfer in KRW to our bank account in Korea. It is available for some products only. For other cases, please contact support.
• The account details are shown when you choose bank transfer, or support can send them to you.
• If you plan to send a transfer from outside Korea, please contact support first.
• Credit cannot be topped up by bank transfer.

YourIT credit (예치금 결제)

• Credit is a prepaid balance in My Page. You can use it to pay for new orders and renewals.
• Top up in My Page under 결제 > 크레딧 (Billing > Credits), by card payment. The amount per top-up is from 1,000 KRW to 10,000,000 KRW.
• When you pay a service with credit, the amount including VAT is deducted from your balance.
• Credit is valid for 5 years from the date of top-up. Credit cannot be cancelled or refunded after it has been topped up.

If you do not have a card issued in Korea, you can top up credit with a one-time card payment and then pay for services from your credit.

1. Create an account at my.yourit.co.kr. Enter your mobile number with the country code (for example, +1 ...).
2. Go to 결제 > 크레딧 (Billing > Credits), choose an amount, select 카드결제 (Card payment) and complete the payment in the Toss Payments window.
3. When you order or renew a service, choose 예치금 결제 (Pay with credit).

Top up only the amount you need. Credit cannot be cancelled or refunded after top-up. If the card payment fails, please contact support.

1. Automatic renewal uses a card saved in YourIT PAY.
2. If you pay with credit or by one-time card payment, please renew in My Page before the service expires.

If you need a Korean tax invoice (세금계산서), a copy of the business registration certificate must be submitted. (서버호스팅 이용약관, Server Hosting Terms in Korean, Article 27-3)
